Denver Colorado Chapter Buffalo Soldiers 9th & 10th (Horse) Cavalry Association

 

THE MISSION AND PURPOSE OF THE DENVER COLORADO CHAPTER, BUFFALO SOLDIERS 9TH  & 10TH  (HORSE) CAVALRY ASSOCIATION IS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE EXISTENCE, HISTORY AND CONTRIBUTIONS  OF THE  UNITED STATES CAVALRY, REGIMENTS, AND MILITARY SERVICE MADE UP OF AFRICAN-AMERICANS, AND THEIR  SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS  TO AMERICAN HISTORY. IN COLLABORAT ION WITH THE NATIONAL BUFFALO SOLDIERS, 9TH & 10TH  (HORSE) CAVALRY ASSOCIATION, AND ITS NETWORK OF CHAPTERS, WE CAN PROVIDE THE ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND AN ORGANIZATIONAL FRAME­WORK FOR THE SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF MULTICULTURAL BUFFALO SOLDIER’S PROJECT AND OTHER ENDEAVORS THAT SERVE OUR MISSION. 

What We Do:

EDUCATION SEMINARS FOR YOUTH & ADULTS, HISTORICAL RE-ENACTMENTS, PARADES, RODEOS, DRILLS AND HONOR GUARDS, HORSE TRAINING AND CAMPOUTS AND NATIONAL CONFERENCES . WE LEARN OUR HISTORY AND HERITAGE WHILE HAVING FUN!
